Dr. Mark J. Castle, DDS
The founding dentist of Aspen Dental Assisting School is Dr. Mark J. Castle, D.D.S. He has a wealth of dental knowledge combined with over thirty years of dental experience.
Dr. Castle taught at Northern Arizona University’s Dental Hygiene Program for three years. He recently completed rotations at Yavapai County Health Centers and North Country. Dr. Castle owned and practiced at Castle Dental Group, P.C. in Glendale, Arizona from 1984 thru 2000. He also provided dental and surgery services at a denture practice in Prescott Valley from 2000-2005.

Eileen has over 25 years of experience as a dental assistant and hygienist. In addition she has spent many years as a teacher and a speaker in dental education.

Maureen Pisano CDA, Lead Instructor
Maureen taught radiology at both Ocean and Monmouth County Vocational Schools in New Jersey, as well as the department head for the Dental Assisting program at Union Technical Institute in New Jersey before moving to AZ in 1997. A practicing dental assistant since 1975 she taught a radiology program for Dental Assistants at Northern Arizona University from1997 to 2011, is council member for the Western Regional Dental Convention and a Board member for the AZ Dental Foundation.
She has been a DANB certified dental assistant (CDA) since 1979 and served a two term Presidency of the Monmouth County component of the New Jersey Dental Assistant Association. Maureen currently presents Oral Radiology review seminars for the Arizona Dental Association and at the Western Regional Dental Conventions where she also facilitates the Learning in the Round workshops for dental assistants.
